Sushi Making Class

　Sushi making class was held by Mr. Shuichi Yoshida, Chef of Consulate-General of Japan in Jeddah, in cooperation with JCEC (Jeddah Cultural Exchange Company) at Jeddah Cultural Exchange Center on April 17th -18th.
　The participants who attended the class enjoyed making a variety of sushi. Commenting on the performance of the participants, Mr. Yoshida said most of them showed better performance than he had expected.
