Notice from Consulate-General about Measures against the Covid-19

Consulate-General of Japan would like to seek for your kind understanding for requesting your visit appointments in advance as part of our measures against the Covid-19 as follows:

•  The consular section is receiving inquiries and applicants according to appointments arranged in advance, as it cannot accommodate more than 3 persons at one time while social distancing is put in place. 
• Therefore, please contact Consulate-General to arrange appointments by telephone or email (as below) prior to your visits. Without prior appointments, you may have to wait outside the premise of Consulate-General as the section has to prioritize those who have appointments.
•  Upon entering the premise of Consulate General, you are kindly requested to have your temperature measured by our staff. If your temperature is found unusually high, we may regret to admit your entry into the premise.
