Certificate of Eligibility Visa (COE)

Applicant must prepare all the requirements in PDF format only, then send all documents to our e-mail for pre-checking. The reply will be sent to the applicant within 5 working days, if the documents are complete an appointment will be made to apply with the original documents.

 Requirements for Work Visa with Certificate of Eligibility (COE):
 

1. Application form duly filled in and signed by applicant.
2. Valid passport and copy of it.
3. Certificate of Eligibility and copy.
4. Company contract or employment letter from Japan.
5. Flight reservation.
6. Photocopy of iqama and final/re-enty exit visa (for non-Saudi only).

Note: in some cases, additional documents may be requested.

*Applicant must apply 4 weeks before departure date.

*The time for visa issuance is from 5 - 7 working days in some cases it may take longer.

*We do not request paid flight tickets. And we are not responsible if you cannot use the purchased flight due to delay or denial of visa.
