 Required Documents:


1- Passport copy.

2- Flight reservation information (a full round trip including departure & return to KSA and each stop details) in English only. 

3- Hotel booking covering the full stay or Trip Plan / Travel itinerary, detailed with activities and must match flight reservation.

4- Documents certifying that the person concerned can defray all expenses incurred during the stay in Japan. For example: Employment & Salary certificate (certified by Chamber of Commerce & Industry for non-Saudis).

5- Photocopy of iqama and exit/re-entry visa (for non-Saudi only).

6- Bank statement for the last 3 months in English and with  Reasonable End Balance.

Common mistakes for E-Visa cancellation:

  • Visa photo is not good or Taken from Another photo.                                    
  • Documents are incomplete or unclear blurry (It is preferable to upload documents in PDF format or scanned and from a computer).        
  • The flight ticket is incomplete (it must contain all information and each stop destinations from departure to return to the Kingdom).
  • Documents uploaded in Arabic.
  • Not attaching proof of financial competence with sufficient funds.



Important must read :

○Please apply more than one month before your trip. 

○If your E-visa was cancelled 2 times we advise you to start the process for applying in person through our consular section check here.

○The E-Visa is for tourism purpose with single entry only, valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

○If your application is incomplete, we will cancel it without processing. 

○It's preferred to upload the documents in a clear PDF format and in English.

○Diplomat and special Passport holders must apply for visa only through the consular section, not through the E-Visa website.


We do not request paid flight tickets. And we are not responsible if you cannot use the purchased flight due to delay or denial of visa.
 

Delay of processing:

     Due to the large number of people using the JAPAN eVISA, it is taking a long time to process applications. While the minimum processing time for a visa application at our consular office is 5-7 business days.
     We are all working hard to best serve you, but if you are in a hurry, please apply through the consular office. If you already submitted the application through JAPAN eVISA and want to apply through the consular office, you need to withdraw your applicaion in the system. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
