Seminar on Automobile Energy Efficiency KSA in Jeddah

On January 29, The Saudi Japanese Automobile High Institute (SJAHI) hosted “Seminar on Automobile Energy Efficiency KSA” in its campus in Jeddah. The seminar is held in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan, Energy Conservation Center, Japan (ECCJ), the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA), and other partner organizations in Japan and Saudi Arabia, and featured lectures by experts and presentations by SJAHI students.
In his felicitation speech, Consul-General Mr. Daisuke Yamamoto expressed that this seminar enjoys special importance as it allows us to share the progress over the past year and exchange views on challenges awaiting. He also noted that Saudi Arabia is steadily advancing towards its goal of net-zero CO2 emissions by 2060, and Japan is ready to help Saudi Arabia through its rich experience. He praised SJAHI for not only fostering qualified human resources but also helping to the achievement of the Saudi government's nationwide plans.
