The first Session of "Evening of Japanese Language and Culture", a yearly cultural program in 2026-27

On June 25, 2026, the Consulate-General of Japan in Jeddah hosted the first session of the "Evening of Japanese Language and Culture", a yearly cultural programme in 2026-27.
The Consulate-General invited Mr. Ryutaro Saiki, a Japanese language teacher residing in Jeddah again, to give a lecture on the Japanese language for beginners, just as it did last fiscal year.
At this lecture, participants practiced self-introductions in Japanese and simple compositions using adjectives.
Comments from participants included, "I want to learn more Japanese, so I hope the next meeting will be held soon," and "My interest in Japanese culture has grown."
